If you need a one-off quick fix due to your website going down, or a specific problem you need help with, we charge $99.00 per hour GST inclusive, with half hour increments. If we can’t fix it, you don’t get charged.

Subscribe to our full Website Management and Premium Hosting Plan for $139.00 per month. Minimum six-month subscription, payable monthly. We work with you to manage and support your website, if you have a problem, we fix it at no extra cost.

Our Website Management and Premium Hosting Plan includes unlimited website fixes. If your site is broken, we fix it. If you need help with any WordPress or wooCommerce issue, just call, message, or email us for a quick response.

02 Can you help me update or customise my WordPress or wooCommerce website?

Yes, we can help you, or we can do it for you. It’s best to call us and discuss your needs, we can then provide a quick quote. We can update and customise your website to any level you choose, including fixing and installing plug-ins, adding booking systems, quoting systems, eCommerce, etc. If you need help, call us and we will respond immediately.

03 Emergency fixes

We can help with emergency fixes, (7 days service). Any issue (big or small) that cause problems with your website, just give us a call. Charged at $99 first hour, then in half hour increments. Note: If you have subscribed to our monthly plan, then emergency fixes are included at no extra cost to you.

04 Do you provide 7-day support?

Yes, we provide 7-day support and extended hours, up to 9pm, as part of our monthly website management plan. If you have an emergency and need help, call us. We respond quickly to priority issues.

05 What if my site gets hacked?

When you subscribe to our monthly website hosting and service plan, and your website is hacked, we will immediately remove any malicious code, and restore your website from our latest backup, providing you are hosting with us. This alone could save more than the cost of your yearly subscription fees.

06 Do you build SEO-optimized WordPress websites?
